Today i will elobarate you how to apply for the bsnl broadband service and bsnl landline connection with two east steps
Nowadays it becomes very easy to apply for a new bsnl broadband (bharat sanchar nigam) and bsnl landline connection. The customer only needs to fill a simple form online or just by sending an SMS.
- For SMS these are the simple instructions that customers need to follow:
If a customer is a bsnl mobile user then SMS LL*STD code (eg, Rohtak STD code is 01262) and send it to 54141.
For all another operator like Airtel, Vodafone, idea etc then customer has to send LL*STD code and send it to 9400054141. (LL*STD CODE for Land Line, BB*STD CODE for Broadband)
ex: send “LL*020” to 54141 for landline (From BSNL Mobile ) send “LL*020” to 9400054141 for landline (Other Mobile Users)
After sending this SMS an AID no will be generated and a service engineer will be allotted, who will perform all the required tasks to set up a new connection. It can usually take up to 1 week to complete all these tasks.
If the connection is not live in the provided time limit, then you can raise a complaint at bsnl customer care at 1800-345-1500 for bsnl landline connection and 1800-345-1504 for bsnl broadband connection.
Now customer will find this form appear on the screen.
In the Lead Details Section, first two fields will be the State and District, here Customer has to fill the State and District name where the new bsnl broadband or bsnl landline setup is required.
Next field will be the Service type, In this field the customer has to select the service which he/she wants to apply for.
(For example: if a customer wants to set up a new bsnl broadband connection then he/she will have to select “New landline and broadband” or select “New landline”)
If the customer wants a new bsnl landline connection only, then the last field in this section would be the “channel of approach”, In this field, the customer can select “Individual Subscriber”.
Following by the Lead Section, the next section will be the Personal Details.
In this section, Customer has to fill the personal details like first name, last name, mobile no, email id etc and the Last section will be the Address details.
In this section, the customer have to fill the full address where he/she wants to set up the new connection.You have to fill the locality, sub-locality and full address so that the telecom company can locate your address easily. After filling this form you will get a call form bsnl care and they will setup the new required connection.
